IslandSourceUS orders include a $99 Processing & Coordination Fee. This covers order processing, shopping coordination, product verification, packing support, packing materials, customer communication, payment processing, and order documentation.

IslandSourceTT orders include a $129 fee. This is higher because TT orders require additional steps: local sourcing in Trinidad, export preparation, freight coordination from Trinidad to Miami, Miami 3PL coordination, and final U.S. delivery coordination.

This fee is separate from barrel/box shipping fees, add-on charges, or any overflow fees.

IslandSourceUS — $699 includes:

• Up to $350 in eligible products
• One standard barrel (approx. value $70)
• $99 Processing & Coordination Fee
• Shopping, sourcing & packing

Not included: barrel shipping fee, add-on items beyond the allowance, or additional barrels if order exceeds capacity.

IslandSourceTT — $699 includes:

• Up to $200 in eligible Trinidad products
• One 18×18×16 shipping box
• $129 Processing & Coordination Fee
• Trinidad → Miami freight
• Miami receiving & final U.S. delivery

If your selected items exceed the available space, weight limit, or included product allowance, an overflow package may be required. You will be responsible for:

• Additional barrel or box cost
• Additional shipping charges
• Additional product costs above allowance
• Processing & Coordination Fee ($99 US / $129 TT) per additional package
• Any applicable customs or carrier charges

An invoice will always be provided for your approval before any overflow charges are processed.

Our service fee covers: product sourcing, shopping, packing & organization, coordination, customer support, and order management.

Yes. Commercial and custom shipments can include appliances, electronics, and large household items.

Most shipments are sent via sea freight.

At this time, IslandSource focuses on curated and sourced shipments using products purchased through our service.

Yes! Customers from Trinidad & Tobago, Jamaica, Barbados, Guyana, Grenada, and other Caribbean islands are welcome to place an order.

Orders are not shopped, packed, or shipped until payment has been received and confirmed.
